Terms & Conditions

The following travel conditions govern the contractual relationship between you and ABSOLUT Sport Inc., a California corporation. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "ABSOLUT Sport" refer to ABSOLUT Sport Inc. The terms "you", "traveler", "client", refer to the traveler making a reservation with us and to all members of their party.

CONTRACT. We draw your attention to the Travel Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out below. These Terms, including all brochures, documents, correspondence and the terms and conditions of our suppliers, form the basis of the contract with you. By asking us to confirm your reservation, you accept all the Terms and Conditions set out below.

VIOLATIONS BY YOU. You agree that any violation of these terms may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation, (b) the forfeiture of any money paid, and (c) the denial of access to the applicable travel-related product or service.

COVID-19 DISCLAIMER. By booking travel, you voluntarily assume the risk that you or they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 while traveling. Exposure to such viruses is an inherent risk of traveling that cannot be controlled or eliminated by ABSOLUT Sport.

1. Registration and Reservation

Registration must be made in writing via email. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Our reservations do not include airfare unless stated as an inclusion. The names provided must match travelers' passports.

2. Special Conditions for Sports Event Travel

ABSOLUT Sport is not an owner, operator, or contractor of the event organizer. Your travel package and ticket reservations are subject to the event organizer's terms, conditions, and rules. Each client is expected to act responsibly and comply with all behavioral guidelines. The event organizer reserves the right to expel you from any event if you endanger yourself or others — no refunds will be provided in such cases.

As a prerequisite for booking, you must provide your personal data including name, address, and passport number. This data is necessary to process the reservation and is managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Payment

A minimum non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Past the 30-day grace period for late payments, ABSOLUT Sport reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain deposits paid.

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your authorization constitutes an agreement to charge your card and an acknowledgment of these Terms, including cancellation policies. You agree not to issue improper chargebacks. ABSOLUT Sport reserves the right to dispute any improper chargebacks and recover costs, including attorney's fees.

4. Travel Inclusions and Price Changes

Your trip includes all elements specifically listed in your itinerary. ABSOLUT Sport reserves the right to substitute hotels with accommodations of similar standing. Price adjustments may be necessary due to transportation cost increases or exchange rate modifications.

5. Changes in Services

ABSOLUT Sport and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or modify any itinerary if circumstances demand. Such changes shall not be deemed material changes, nor valid grounds for cancellation by the traveler. Standard cancellation penalties remain applicable.

6. Cancellation, Changes, and Substitutions

In the event a cancellation becomes necessary, please notify ABSOLUT Sport immediately in writing. Cancellation fees will apply in addition to suppliers' conditions. Airline tickets are governed by the airline's conditions. Prior to the trip's commencement, the traveler may request to substitute a third party; such substitution is at the sole discretion of ABSOLUT Sport.

7. Unused Services

No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a travel booking. If cancellation occurs while the trip is already underway, no refunds will be issued for the unused segment.

8. Cancellation by ABSOLUT Sport

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any departure for any reason. Should we cancel a trip (excluding force majeure), we will offer alternative arrangements or travel vouchers at our discretion.

9. Force Majeure

ABSOLUT Sport assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting from acts of God, fires, floods, terrorism, war, pandemics, event cancellations, venue relocations, stadium capacity reductions, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Under force majeure, we will make every reasonable effort to recover funds from suppliers, refunding you the recovered amount minus a 15% handling fee.

10. Travel Protection

Travel protection coverage — including "Cancel for Any Reason" (CFAR) — is highly recommended. Such a plan should encompass trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss. If you choose to travel without proper coverage, ABSOLUT Sport will not be liable for any losses which would have otherwise been covered.

11. Limitation of Liability

ABSOLUT Sport operates as an independent contractor and is not an employee, agent, or representative of any suppliers. All tickets and vouchers are subject to each supplier's specific terms. ABSOLUT Sport, its employees, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained in connection with any service provided or unfulfilled.

12. Assumption of Risk / Release

The traveler acknowledges that trips may involve inherent risks including motor vehicle collisions, road hazards, slips and falls, criminal acts, and alcohol consumption. The traveler accepts full responsibility for all risks and agrees to hold ABSOLUT Sport harmless and release it from all travel-related claims. This agreement is also binding upon heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

13. Complaints

The traveler is obligated to report any complaints to the local supplier during the trip. If the supplier cannot resolve the complaint, notify ABSOLUT Sport immediately during the trip. Failure to report a complaint during the trip releases ABSOLUT Sport from any liability concerning such complaint.

14. Your Conduct and Indemnification

Every traveler is expected to act responsibly. We reserve the right to remove you from any trip if you endanger yourself, others, or disrupt the trip — no refunds will be provided. The traveler agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ABSOLUT Sport from any expenses, losses, or liabilities resulting from the traveler's breach of this Agreement.

15. Passport, Visa, and Health Regulations

It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain and carry a valid passport, necessary visas, vaccination certifications, and all other documentation mandated by applicable governmental regulations. ABSOLUT Sport accepts no responsibility for any delays or losses stemming from inadequate documentation or governmental entry decisions.

16. Pre-existing Medical Conditions and Disabilities

You must advise us prior to booking if you suffer from any disability or pre-existing medical condition that may affect your travel. ABSOLUT Sport will relay accommodation requests to Suppliers but cannot be held liable if ADA-compliant accommodations are unavailable. ABSOLUT Sport reserves the right to request a physician's letter confirming your fitness for travel.

17. Entire Agreement and Severability

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications. Should any provision be deemed unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not compromise the validity of the remaining provisions.

18. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any claim shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California. You agree that claims will only be brought in your individual capacity — not as a class action. ABSOLUT Sport shall not be liable for any damages other than compensatory damages. No claim will be considered unless a typed notice of claim is submitted to ABSOLUT Sport within 30 days following the trip or its cancellation.

19. California Residents Only

ABSOLUT Sport is a registered Seller of Travel in the State of California: CST#: 2146657-70. ABSOLUT Sport is a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). A claim must be submitted to the TCRF within 12 months from the scheduled travel fulfillment date. For more information, visit www.tcrcinfo.org.

When you submit a booking inquiry or request information through this page, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, state of residence, and package interest. We do not collect payment information through this page.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to: (a) respond to your inquiry and process your booking, (b) send you confirmation and travel documents, (c) communicate relevant updates about your Super Bowl LXI package, and (d) comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data with trusted service providers (hotel partners, ticketing partners, insurance providers) strictly to fulfill your booking. All partners are contractually bound to handle your data with care.

4. CRM & Marketing

By submitting the inquiry form, you agree to be contacted by ABSOLUT Sport regarding your inquiry and future relevant offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by emailing usa@absolut-sport.com.

5. Cookies & Analytics
