1. Indivisibility of Hospitality Packages ABSOLUT Sport operates as an official sports hospitality agency. The product you acquire is a unified and indivisible experiential package (which may include event tickets, accommodation, transfers, and specific experiences). Under no circumstances is it permitted to partially cancel or decouple components of the package (e.g., canceling the hotel while retaining the ticket).
2. All Sales Final Policy Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of live sporting events and our strict commitments to third-party vendors and event organizers, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer a standard "cooling-off" period for hospitality packages. Once your payment is processed and your reservation is confirmed, you are not entitled to a cash refund to your original payment method.
3. Cancellations and Store Credit Exception While all sales are final, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you wish to cancel your entire package, you must submit a formal request in writing to us@absolut-sport.com.
-
If your cancellation request is received more than 30 days prior to the scheduled event date, ABSOLUT Sport may, at its sole discretion, retain 80% of the total purchase price to cover non-recoverable operational and contractual costs, and convert the remaining 20% into an ABSOLUT Sport Store Credit. This credit will be valid for 1 (one) year from the date of issue to be used on future packages.
-
Cancellations requested less than 30 days prior to the event are strictly ineligible for any form of credit or compensation.
- Packages that include airfare components are strictly non-refundable and ineligible for store credit at any time.
4. No-Shows and Delays Failure to arrive at the specified hotel, miss a scheduled transfer, or failure to attend the sporting event for any reason (No-Show) will result in the total forfeiture of the package. No refunds or store credits will be issued for unused services.
5. Force Majeure The following personal situations are explicitly excluded from being considered Force Majeure and will not entitle the buyer to a refund:
- Unexpected personal illness or injury;
- Jury duty, court appearances, or military obligations;
- Government travel advisories that do not constitute a mandatory travel ban;
-
Transportation disruptions unrelated to the event (e.g., canceled individual flights, road closures). Refunds or alternative compensations will only be evaluated if the event organizer officially cancels the event without a rescheduled date.
6. Fraud Prevention and Chargebacks To protect our operations, we employ strict anti-fraud measures. Initiating a chargeback with your credit card company without adhering to this Cancellation Policy is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to cancel your tickets immediately, deny entry to the event, and pursue legal action to recover the lost funds and associated fees.
